Farhat Shaikh, MD
Dr. Farhat Shaikh graduated from Dow Medical College in 2001 and completed her residency in family medicine at the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program. She is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 22 years of experience.
She became a physician to serve others and empower patients to take control of their health. By transitioning to direct primary care, Dr. Shaikh can extend her time with you and focus on proactive interventions that help you achieve optimal health.
